When arranging limousine services, it is helpful to provide full details for the night’s agenda. One should include any requests for food, beverages, services and equipment. Particularly for group services, it is important to indicate any special needs in food or drinks. Some limousine services such as DJ music and party themes require vehicles that offer the equipment, size, and space needed to help the evening’s events proceed as planned. A written record of all agreed services should appear on the reservation and invoice.
